Good in-depth history of Lam Sai Wing.

I brought this book out of couriosity. I wanted a more in-depth history of Lam Sai Wing. He is often portrayed as a "fat bucher" in Kung Fu movies and the Kung Fu doesn't even look good! The book in informative but you will need to go to a Hung-Gar school to really learn. I would rate it fair for comparison to other martial arts book.
