Feels like plastic
Ordered for my son, he wore it for a few hours, the whole costume is made of polyester, probably the cheapest, worst quality. My son was sweating a lot wearing it. There are no buttons, they used Velcro for that, which made it ever more ridiculous.
Over all a good concept, because everybody could relate to a UPS truck driver in a positive way, but really cheap, and bad quality.
