    Glass items were packed in one layer of cardboard with only thin bubble wrap (see picture). 4 glasses arrived smashed. Seller would not replace but refunded base cost for affected items, not tax or the inflated shipping cost. The box arrived beat up so it's likely due to the carrier. Overall positive as surviving items were as described, communication was good, and they refunded the base cost without hesitation.

Perfect
In my opinion best bang for back. Bergeon or Horotec are not much better but cost about 3 times more. Perfect set for none professional watch owner enthusiast. You can also use Bergeon replacement blades with the set if you feel like it.

Useful and good quality
5 years later I still use it. It is an excellent condition. Especially important is has few unique inserts not included in regular sets of that kind.

Nice but not perfect
There is imperfections between metallic and wooden parts of the handle that you can feel by running a finger on a back of a handle. Should not be on a knife that expensive but rather then that I like it. Fits well in a pocket. Exactly within legal limits in NYC but if I remember correctly 1/2" longer then NYC MTA allowed. NYC is funny that way. Knife price wise and quality wise borderline between mass produced and custom made knives that are much more expensive. If you can't or won't spend $500+ on a pocket knife that one is good enough substitute.
