Item was as described, box a little scuffed but nothing excessive, and the contents were in perfect condition as far as I can tell. Shipping from seller was prompt, complicated only by UPS losing the package for several days, which is entirely out of the seller's hands. The headset itself is superb, especially after configuring the mic with Synapse. There's a real chance I buy another one and keep it safely in the box just to have a backup once this one reaches end-of-life.
