Works Great, But Bad Finish

I love the product, however I paid extra for the "cosmo black" finish as opposed to chrome. Sadly, I was dissapointed when the product arrived with a fairly large smudge/scratch right in the middle of the finish. I tried polish and nothing worked. Frankly, I don't want to spend any additional money to return the product, considering I've already stretched the budget for the color. This may seem trivial, but when you purchase an item and pay roughly $15 bucks more for a certain finish, and the finish is not correct, it ruins the experience.
