    Wrong item sent .I politely asked seller to return product in exchange for the one I ordered .Seller asked for photos of the product which I sent 3 times on my other mail address .Each time seller said they had not received photo - I gave never had any problem sending images from that address .I have now I formed seller I will try and sell product as new over the net to recoup my losses and won't be using this service again .

    We apologised for the error and offered to send a replacement. We simply asked you to send photographs to confirm the item was ours and authorise the return. Your photos never arrived and when we questioned why you had to send them from another email address you said you tried to send them to yourself and it did not work. To suggest you have never had any problems sending emails from this address is therefore false.You had the option for a free exchange/replacement and you chose not to take it.
