Bad printing quality and wrinkled cover

When the book arrived, it looked as used not new as it is supposed to be. Cover was wrinkled, and a little dirty. The paper quality was bad, very thin and paper color was grey. There were some pages had stains on them. Overall this purchase doesn't meet my expectations.
