    Its an ok reference with basic recipes and some unusual ones.
    I didnt like the recipes being in ounces and cups. I may reference the book if im making and of the basic classics. I thought it would have more bread recipes. The ratios arent needed if the recipes were in grams it easy to figure out for yourself.
