Despite me having to get the part from another vendor for an urgent repair, Yasuz-34 kept in touch, apologized for the delay (that was not his fault) and refunded promptly. Perfect transactions are easy, but those that "go sideways" are not and this guy was excellent. I would not hesitate to order from him again despite this issue.

Then they shipped it days later using a fedex # that was not for my address. (I called fedex they confirmed that tracking # was delivered but not to my address) I'm guessing they might be a fedex or ebay employee with access to the tracking system or he just finds an address in same city and ships an envelope for cheap. I guess as a scammer it's a good con. Hopefully Ebay refunds me. BUYERS AVOID THIS ONE!!!!!!!!!!!

Seller blamed the delay on their “system” multiple times. Do not buy from this seller. If you want their items check out Amazon as they are drop shipping from Amazon which is against eBay policy. That is why there is a “system” delay. I even got the Amazon packaging slip. It’s sellers like these that are making people not shop on Amazon
