I think this is a very professional action on their part and encourages me to trust Ebay and sellers on the platform in general. I hope to receive the new shipment details soon and the product as quickly as the initial package was delivered. As the seller did not want the 'growth charts' back I will send them to two young families.

Item was well-packed inside another box, so it was well-protected. Good job by the vendor. Quick delivery, which always leaves a positive impression. I chose the APC model over that of a competing manufacturer 'cause APC is just better, in my experience.
