As good as OEM.
These may not be OEM parts but these handle supports are just as good in my opinion, but at half the price. This is my second set and the first lasted as long as the new ones did. GE just decided to add a design flaw to their door handle hoping you would go to them for parts. If I need another set, this is where I will get them.

It just works!
It is an OEM replacement. What more can I say? It just works! The price was reasonable especially with shipping included.
