    We were testing the breaker just before packaging / shipment, and after multiple cycles of testing, the breaker failed to reset. Instead of shipping the defective unit to the buyer, we cancelled the transaction and immediately refunded the buyer. This is not how we like to see things go, but sometimes things do go wrong. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by this and the trouble you were in with your customer.

Broken after 2 months
Broke within 2 months after installing. Just fell out after a car wash. Should be able to handle a car wash no problem. Especially being on the rear bumper. Doesn’t take a direct hit from anything except spray jets. Luckily bought 2. Once the 2nd one fails, I’ll be getting one from a ford dealership. True OEM. Not “OE” quality. Because it sure isn’t OE quality.
