much needed upgrade
As a long time user of office 2007 I decided that an upgrade was in order. Making the leap from office 2007 to office 2013 has taken some getting used to but no large hurdles so far. the product has always been great.

The Magic Wand of Presentation Controllers
this presentation controller is essentially the Swiss knife of controllers. the device allows the presenter to not only perform the usual forward and back slide control but also provides the ability to toggle between an on screen pointer the color of choice, a spot light, and a magnifier. Additionally it can perform a selection of other controls to include volume control. A very handy device indeed. At first I had difficulty loading the software on my desktop PC but was able to easily load the software on my MS Surface computer that is the one I use for presentations. The price was attractive given that these units go upwards of $100 plus and this one was well south of that.
