I experimented with the Silver Series, Shotgun Twins, Plasma, Instrument cables and the Shotgun Twins came out on top with the Plasma a close second. Silver Series were very good however, the trebles were too hot and vocals as a result quite hissy and less warm. Bass was good and tight. Instrument was crappy. Lost a lot of gains and just didn't sound good. Plasma was very good and very similar to the Shotgun, however the mid range was still a little heavy on the treble but less than the Silver. Shotgun was clearly the most natural sounding. The vocals are butter smooth with depth and texture. More treble roll off but overall it is very warm and balanced. Hope that helps.

Too heavy on the treble but clear.
This cable is very good but not excellent for stereo interconnects. You will get clarity and transparency in the treble, tightened bass but where it lacks is the mid range where it does not project as well. Vocals are too trebly (not warm). If you like treble and bass it it good as treble roll off is minimal. A more balanced cable is the twin interconnects by Van Damme. Vocals are just amazing and very detailed.
