good for the price
has all the bells and whistles for a basic z270 board, I am able to play witcher 3 with 4.9ghz for extended period of time but cinebench crashes, 4.8ghz is very stable, I use cooler master hyper t4 air cooler which is very basic as well.

good performance, loud and hot
good performance, loud and hot, doesn't matter though because I bought an NZXT kraken g12 bracket to mount a cosair h55 CLC and now it's quiet and less 50C

very functional board
used to build my first freenas server, performed great, probably too much of an overkill of a file server, pretty easy to setup and get it running. IPMI supposed to be very convenient which i wasn't able to find out how to use yet.
