  I am disappointed with this seller that they didn't take the time out to make sure the item worked before shipping it while claiming it did. I also did not appreciate the negitive feedback from the seller after informing them of issues with item. Not only am I out the $31.54 for the return shipping charges, but the $20 I had to pay a tech to install it or tell me something wasn't right about the item in question. I will not be purchasing anyting from this seller again.

  Item was returned to me the second time after buyer claimed it didn't work and was TAMPERED with and opened up (I have not verified the damage yet). That is not possible since it came out of my personal vehicle and was working at the time I took it out. So I never opened it. Perhaps it was damaged during shipping, that is possible and I acknowledged that and AGAIN issued a FULL REFUND. Buyer left me negative feedback twice as a reward for my efforts.
