Not A Suitable Replacement for the OEM Part
This handset is a poor attempt at duplicating the OEM part for a Poly VVX handset. The cutout for hanging the phone on a wall-mounted VVX 411 is not machined properly so it does not hang. The whole purpose of purchasing this was to replace a cracked handset, but this aftermarket product is flawed.
