Painfully slow

It seems like there is something wrong with the controller of this SD card, the 4k read and write( except the sequential write) are painfully slow. My test result from XBench: Disk Test 22.32 Sequential 24.63 Uncached Write 20.54 12.61 MB/sec [4K blocks] Uncached Write 16.40 9.28 MB/sec [256K blocks] Uncached Read 21.65 6.34 MB/sec [4K blocks] Uncached Read 152.07 76.43 MB/sec [256K blocks] Random 20.41 Uncached Write 7.57 0.80 MB/sec [4K blocks] Uncached Write 16.79 5.38 MB/sec [256K blocks] Uncached Read 692.99 4.91 MB/sec [4K blocks] Uncached Read 346.23 64.24 MB/sec [256K blocks]
