True Lifetime Warranty
1 of 1 found this helpful This item is the 2nd RAM kit I bought from ATech and it works perfectly. I bought another RAM kit last year but just realized I ordered the frequency wrong (my mistake, it should be 1333 but ordered 1600). I didn't purchase any warranty or extension of the warranty so I was not sure if I can return it. But with noticing the words of 'lifetime warranty' on the cover, I decided to try and contact ATech asking if I can return. The process turned out to be surprisingly easy and I not only was able to return it and also got a new RAM kit with the right frequency and voltage. The ATech folks are so patient and helpful, and communication with them was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them
