  Seller took 7 days to mail out a package designated for expedited shipping, knowing full well I needed a timely arrival. He wrapped a delicate plate in a plain PAPER envelope, without securing shut the aged styrofoam container it rested in, and failed to identify the contents as being “Fragile” anywhere on the outside package. Had I not contacted him several times, who knows how long he’d have taken to mail it out, and was this the reason why he was so careless when doing so? AVOID THIS SELLER!!
