I don't know what's going on but these ear bugs don't stay charged. I charged them until all lights are lit up. Then I put them in my ears and about
I don't know what's going on but these ear bugs don't stay charged. I charged them until all lights are lit up. Then I put them in my ears and about 30 minutes I'm hearing needs charging and they go dead. I have the same brand of ear buds which I had for 5 years. Those buds stayed charged all day and the next. However I lost one of them leading to the reason I ordered these. I would like instructions on what may be the problem or provide a refund.
