Better Choice is the Sennheiser HD Pro 280
The sound is not good in the midrange and the lows are weak. Much better choice is the Sennheiser HD Pro 280 and it also costs less at around $99.00 brand new. The sound is perfectly balanced and it has better magnets for the drivers which give you better soundYou will not be dissapointed

Poor strength of all plastic construction makes this a very poor choice for a drum key
