  After activating my old ebay account to bid on this item, I won and promptly paid for this item that I was excited to receive. The seller expressed discontent for shipping the item to me because they had reservations that my old account was fraudulent due to inactivity. The seller explained that he was wronged in the past and expressed heightened caution. Order was cancelled when I would not provide outside contact information or identity affirming notes for the seller.
