  Hi Harry, I am sorry the item was damaged in shipping. If you had contacted me about that before you left Negative Feedback, I would have offered you a refund and you could have kept the railcar. Any damage was not of my doing and the motor was tested before shipment, and as you could see I even removed the couplers to prevent damage in shipping and I sent you the originals in the box plus an extra one. Today I sent you a picture in my recent message showing the interior. Please respond.
