Well, it doesn't come with the tool to run the rethreader, but, when you find something that will work for ya... It works just like you hope it does. It cuts threads nice and easy. It works on aluminium just fine...

Great module
It fit but doesn't work... Not because the module docent work... Because the steering wheel main module doesent work... Oh bummer...

Excited.. then bummed... then contentment...
So I got the "big bore 48mm" kit in the mail yesterday.. I was so excited to put this thang in! Then I was beyond bummed when the kit didnt fit... it was 1/4" off at each stud, the cylinder was simply too big for the block and not a install instruction to be found. Ugh... so I've got 35 yrs of being a master tech to feed me in the ways in which every motor (well internal combustion) works... so I start banging, and grinding and tweaking on this little qt50 motorcycle (that I built for my lady) just to get her to work... I grinded on the block, welded on the head bolts tweaked the @=%# outta them studs, drilled on the cylinder bolt holes... and walla... it's done.. and its quick! Props to the guys that came up with this little upgrade... it fit perfect! Although this isnt the kit for the qt50, it does and will fit with some minor fabrications.. if you wanna go from 49cc to 100cc... you can with this kit!!!
